Fix ‘artcicle’ in the sentence: This is demonstrated by the Decree on Revolutionary Tribunals used by the People's Commissar of Justice, which states in artcicle 2 that "In fixing the penalty, the Revolutionary Tribunal shall be guided by the circumstances of the case and the dictates of the revolutionary conscience."[2]

Grammar for final sentence: Run on sentence, as well as two ‘the’s.’

October Revolution Para 1: citation needed

paragraph 2: citation needed - I would recommend having a citation for each side of the argument to further show that some people say one thing while others say another

3rd paragraph: in your parentheses I believe you made a not to yourself to add the date, so this is just a reminder about that

the second section could be restructured or split into two

The revolution and the world section: I think that adding a bit of an intro sentence to connect with the title of the section would help position the reader for the information they are about to read

overall notes: I would go through and try and make sure that every (or at least a majority) of the paragraphs you added have a citation at the end of them (for the longer ones 2 would be good I think)
