Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button 
located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 14:14, 28 January 2009 (UTC)
Salman al-Farisi edit
As a student of Farsi and a friend to several Iranian Zoroastrians, I am well aware of the state of things between Muslims and Zoroastrians over time. (Besides, my name is Naahed Sarvi.)
However, your observations are highly dubious and smack of original research. They contradict as well many well-sourced reports that Salman was, in fact, an actual convert - and a very invaluable member of the early Ummah.
If you are going to bring what appears to be fringe-theory arguments about Salman to a highly-monitored page, you need to come with citations and bring it up on the talk page.
