editOK DannyMusicExpert, if it most certainly does matter, then what do you have to say about Dysfunction and Break The Cycle? Only a few songs are considered to be nu metal on those albums and yet the genre is listed for them. Your point is making no sense.
- My point makes perfect sense. Reliable media response categorizes those two records as nu metal. Where's this "only a few songs" observation coming from? Yourself? That doesn't hold any water or value to Wikipedia, see our policy on no original research. I mean, personally, I agree with you on Break the Cycle, totally not with your stance on Dysfunction, but it's not like that matters. Personal observations are absolutely forbidden as evidence in music-related articles, and in most other places as well. If there aren't references there, check the article body to see if they've been embedded there, such is common for more-complete articles. If not, you are free to remove any you like that are unreferenced, as long as you don't replace them with other unreferenced ones.
- If a source only highlights a few, let's say three for example, songs as part of one genre (ex. nu metal), you can't call the whole album that genre in the infobox. That's not how it works.
- Now, if you find a source saying such things sourcing a genre that supports only a few songs, by all means remove it. But only if it's clear that's the case. I've seen many an editor claim that without it actually being the case.
- Are we clear? If not, shoot me another message, I'll answer whatever you like.
- P.S. You should consult someone else's talk page talk page instead of self-messaging. I was checking this page in the first place to see if you had been warned for edit warring, and found this by chance. Oh, and make sure to sign your talk page posts with 4 tildes (~'s). dannymusiceditor oops 05:27, 31 January 2019 (UTC)

editHello, I'm 4TheWynne. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Bloodstone & Diamonds, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. 4TheWynne (talk • contribs) 13:53, 28 October 2019 (UTC)
