Welcome!

Please read the guidance below:

  • When you write about a person, you must provide independent verifiable sources to enable us to verify the facts and show that they meet the notability guidelines. Sources that are not acceptable include those linked to the person or an associated organisation, press releases, YouTube, IMDB, social media and other sites that can be self-edited, blogs, websites of unknown or non-reliable provenance, and sites that are just reporting what the person claims or interviewing them. Note that references should be in-line so we can tell what fact each is supporting, and should not be bare urls.
  • You had no proper in-line references, and much of your text was completely devoid of any verification. When you write about a real person, we must be able to confirm what you claim.
  • His notability as linked above doesn't depend on what people think of his works, you need to find independent third-party sources that talk about him, you describing his work or linking to it has little relevance
  • There shouldn't be any url links in the article, only in the "References" or "External links" sections. You may have been trying to provide references, although incorrectly, but even then most if the links go to his own images or similar, and at least one doesn't seem to mention him
  • You must write in a non-promotional tone. Articles must be neutral and encyclopaedic, with verifiable facts, not opinions or reviews.
  • As you yourself said, it's a fan page, not an encyclopaedia article eg He discovered his passion for painting at the age of thirteen and has been developing his talent ever since... Vorih established a new aesthetic criteria and expanded the horizon of action in relation to the classical understanding of painting veduta... are just spammy opinions, not verifiable facts
  • You must not copy text from elsewhere. Copyrighted text is not allowed in Wikipedia, as outlined in this policy. That applies even to pages created by you or your organisation, unless they state clearly and explicitly that the text is public domain. We require that text posted here can be used, modified and distributed for any purpose, including commercial; text is considered to be copyright unless explicitly stated otherwise. There are ways to donate copyrighted text to Wikipedia, as described here; please note that simply asserting on the talk page that you are the owner of the copyright, or you have permission to use the text, isn't sufficient.
I didn't check.

You said He deserves to have a page., but nobody "deserves" a page here, they must meet our notability criteria and the fully referenced article must conform with our rules as described above.

Before attempting to write an article again, please make sure that the topic meets the notability criteria linked above, and check that you can find independent third party sources. Jimfbleak - talk to me? 14:13, 27 March 2024 (UTC)Reply

Thanks so much for this JimBleak. Weird. I included references to five independent third party sources....hence my saying "he deserves..."
It seems I may have messed up on including urls in the article text and not citing inline. I will work on the corrections outlined in your message and definitely upgrade my editorial tone. Much of the text was directly translated from the third party source material so I will perhaps need to rephrase in addition to the inline citations. All of those changes should fix the issues.
I appreciate your help very much! Thanks MorriconeEnnio (talk) 10:02, 29 March 2024 (UTC)Reply

Hello Ibjaja055.
I'm wondering why the published sources referenced are not considered adequate. Is it because although published, they are not available online? Bc that is not the criteria for reliability as per the policy at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Reliable_sources. Were there particular sources that you found to be unreliable or were all considered unreliable? Is the issue that they were considered unreliable sources or that they were considered unreliable in terms of the statements in the text? Thanks so much for your assistance! I appreciate your feedback. MorriconeEnnio (talk) 11:22, 14 April 2024 (UTC)Reply

I appreciate your time and dedication. Know that I carefully read the policy after receiving the first rejection on this basis. Consequently, I performed additional research. I edited the text, and included additional sources which demonstrate the person, (artist) who is the subject of the article, meets the requirements of the policy. In addition, the artist meets multiple criteria under the policy and only one is required to fulfill notability.
Vorih is
1) widely cited by peers;
AND
2) known for originating a significant new concept, theory, or technique;
AND
3) such work must have been the primary subject of multiple independent periodical articles or reviews

That he meets these three points under the notability policy is evident from the text of the article and the references cited to support the text. I am not asking you to confirm that the article establishes that the artist meets at least one of the criteria required, I am asking you to clarify how he does not meet any of the criteria.
Finally, the sources are written by scholars in the area of art or journalists who are required to research articles and all are published. These are not articles from blogs or personal websites, each was published by either a well established gallery, news, or entertainment (playboy) outlet. All verifiable and all reliable publishers.
