Redirecting

edit

I see you've redirected Keloğlan to Kaloghlan. True they refer to the same character. But the texts don't overlap. By redirecting some info has been lost. You should add the lost info as well as the history of the page ( By the way it is highly recomended to inform the creators before redirecting.) Cheers Nedim Ardoğa (talk) 13:58, 13 January 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hello, Nedim Ardoğa. I considered doing that but realized the content of the redirected page isn't of great encyclopedic value, so decided against it. Feel free to do what you think is necessary. Good luck! MorningThoughts (talk) 14:54, 17 January 2020 (UTC)Reply

Temporary de-merging List of programmes broadcast by Mediacorp Channel 8

edit

Just to inform you that I am temporarily reverting your merges on List of programmes broadcast by Mediacorp Channel 8. I am currently merging the lists and am on the second list. It takes awhile to sort through the information and removing the cruft as per suggested in the AfDs. Your merges slow down this process for me. Thanks for understanding. robertsky (talk) 02:19, 24 January 2020 (UTC)Reply

You may continue editing the target page per normal means but the redirected article has no reason to be live per the AfD as the process was completed and everything further is an editorial matter. MorningThoughts (talk) 15:54, 27 January 2020 (UTC)Reply
Noted. I guess content is going to be hidden until the content merge is completed. robertsky (talk) 02:43, 28 January 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hi, I've restored this as the AfD consensus was to merge and no merge has taken place except to be reverted, imv Atlantic306 (talk) 20:24, 12 February 2020 (UTC)Reply

@Atlantic306: the merge was completed in this diff. Everything after that (including the modification/removal of merged content) is a matter of normal editing that has nothing to do with whether this page stays or not. If you look at the section right above this, the editor who is working on these Mediacorp pages is trying reorganize them. MorningThoughts (talk) 06:03, 13 February 2020 (UTC)Reply

TLC Travel

edit

While the version you reverted of TLC Travel may not have been appropriate, something should be done to that redirect since there is no content in the destination page West Yorkshire Metro on the topic. Would it be possible for you to join the discussion at Talk:West Yorkshire Metro#TLC Travel? Thank you.--YTRK (talk) 13:03, 16 May 2020 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom 2020 Elections voter message

edit
Hello! Voting in the 2020 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 7 December 2020. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2020 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 03:02, 24 November 2020 (UTC)Reply
