Could you explain what you had in mind when you "licensed" this image under a Creative Commons CC Zero waiver? Since you are not the creator of the image, you would seem to have no right to release it under that license; and since Alvin Langdon Coburn died in 1966, so that 70 years have yet to pass since his death, I believe that copyright would still reside with his heirs. If you can't supply a valid justification of your ability to release the photo under a free license, I'll ask for its deletion on Commons.
