Edit warring

edit

I've linked to a few of Wikipedia's most relevant policies above - please take the time to read them. You inserted information in to an article (namely Troop Beverly Hills and the edit was reverted. As part of the WP:BRD cycle, if an edit you perform is reverted, you need to discuss the issue on the talk page. Instead you have continued to simply re-add the information without discussion or addressing any of the issues raised. In addition, you have also made a personal attack in your edit summary here. Not cool. Please take the time to read the policies and guidelines I've linked to above, as well as in this message, and if you would still like to add the contested information to the article, please argue why on the talk page. To continue to add the info without discussion is disruptive. --Jezebel'sPonyobons mots 13:25, 14 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to Troop Beverly Hills. While objective prose about products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not intended to be a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Thank you. — HelloAnnyong (say whaaat?!) 16:42, 21 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

Please stop. If you continue to add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to Troop Beverly Hills, you may be blocked from editing. — HelloAnnyong (say whaaat?!) 12:30, 25 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Troop Beverly Hills. Users who edit disruptively or refuse to collaborate with others may be blocked if they continue. In particular the three-revert rule states that making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period is almost always grounds for an immediate block. If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the talk page to discuss controversial changes. Work towards wording and content that gains consensus among editors. If unsuccessful then do not edit war even if you believe you are right. Post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If edit warring continues, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Your continued addition of a promotional link against consensus is disruptive and needs to stop now.--Jezebel'sPonyobons mots 13:34, 25 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

This is your last warning; the next time you use Wikipedia for advertising, as you did at Troop Beverly Hills, you will be blocked from editing without further notice. — HelloAnnyong (say whaaat?!) 13:13, 28 October 2010 (UTC)Reply
