Wikipedia and copyright

Hello Monakokino, and welcome to Wikipedia. All or some of your addition(s) to Draft:CECE have been removed, as they appear to have added copyrighted material without evidence of permission from the copyright holder. Request reason:

I don't understand how describing the CECE organisation - what it is, it's structure, the policy issues it deals with - is promotional? I have found many very similar organisations' articles on Wikipedia, therefore do not understand the reason for blocking my account. I am happy to provide more sources other than CECE's website, however would like to have my account unblocked please. Monakokino (talk) 11:37, 29 January 2019 (UTC)

When you reread WP:COI, WP:PAID, and WP:PROMO, which you've previously been pointed to twice, what did you find? How exactly did you find those policies would apply to you and why did you decide to ignore those policies? You'll need to address that in order to have a chance of being unblocked.
