Request reason:
Since August, 2013 in Wikipedia my account have blocked for abuse of multiple accounts. I have requested several times for unblocking. In past I did not understand WP:POLICY properly and I did not do it intentionally. After blocking my account in en.wiki, I was started contributing in others wiki protects such as bn.wikipedia, bn.wikibooks, bn.wiktionary, bn.wikisource, commons, wikidata, meta.wikimedia and sometimes others language wiki projects. I have created 600+ new article on Bengali Wikipedia, with 41000+ global contribution and donate 1500+ photos to Wikimedia Commons. Regarding my trustworthiness, I'm a Sysop (verify) on bn.wikipedia and Autopatroller + Filemover (verify) on Wikimedia Commons. I also want to contribute in en.wikipedia.
Dear @Bishonen: I hope that you accept my apology for abusing of multiple accounts. I am not related to any vandalism on Wikipedia. I understand what was my fault, and confirm that I won't do it again. User:Moheen Reeyad is my global account and please give me a chance to contribute here with unblock only this account.

Moheen, it was more than two years ago, and I can't say I remember it very well. Going by this thread on your page as well as this ANI discussion and Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Moheen Reeyad/Archive the way you acted in 2013 was troubling to say the least.
