Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Supercomputing in India. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. Alexf(talk) 15:55, 10 September 2019 (UTC)Reply

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions; however, it appears you may have written a Wikipedia article about yourself. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – please see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Wikipedians with articles). If you wish to add to or change an existing article about yourself, you are welcome to propose the changes by visiting the article's talk page. Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site. If your article has already been deleted, please see: Why was the page I created deleted?, and if you feel the deletion was an error, please discuss this with the deleting administrator. Thank you.   There is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. Thank you.--Master Of Ninja (talk) 15:11, 23 September 2020 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked from editing from certain pages (Supercomputing in India) for a period of 1 week for appearing to have a conflict of interest without discussion on the talk page. Edit warring and disruption.. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  CambridgeBayWeather, Uqaqtuq (talk), Huliva 16:51, 23 September 2020 (UTC)Reply
Just to add to the above - since you haven't seen fit to comment at the ANI thread concerning your editing - you are required to assume good faith of other editors. You should also take a look at WP:OWN. If you ever add commentary about another editor to an article again your account will likely be blocked completely for disruption, and if you accuse another editor of being a 'hacker' again without presenting evidence it will likely be blocked for making personal attacks. Please consider this a formal warning. GirthSummit (blether) 07:02, 24 September 2020 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

Respected Madam / Sir ... I am the early and first architect of Indian Supercomputer CHIPPS / PARAM ... I have been making sure that the information content of the above page was not shortened or removed or collapsed by some freelance editors. I found that one editor with an anonymous identity as 'Master of Ninja' had been busy always in collapsing information content in that page. I restored his changes which were not authentic as he was not connected with Indian Supercomputer Project. Every time when I had restored the page, he could be seen collapsing the content of the page once again. That is why I posted a warning on the page. Please kindly unblock me and please kindly try to investigate on the account of 'Master of Ninja' to take remedial actions. He has changed and collapsed the page on 'PARAM' too. Thanks and regards Mohan Rose Ali (talk) 15:25, 27 September 2020 (UTC) Mohan Rose Ali alias Mohan C. SubramaniyamReply

Decline reason:

Thank you for declaring your conflict of interest with the subject. In light of that conflict of interest, you should not be editing Supercomputing in India at all. Your block does not bar you from requesting edits at Talk:Supercomputing in India. Even after your block expires, you should request edits there rather than make them directly. Make sure you cite independent reliable sources to support your proposed changes. —C.Fred (talk) 16:29, 27 September 2020 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Hi - I'm following up on the message you left on my talk page. What you haven't done is explain specifically what is wrong with the changes that Master of Ninja was making. I haven't been through the changes carefully, but it doesn't look like vandalism or wanton removal of content - it just looks like they were trying to improve the article. For you to revert everything they did without discussion was not appropriate; for you to describe them as a hacker is both unexplained and rather strange - this is, after all, the Encyclopedia that anyone can edit - you don't need to be a hacker to edit an article, anyone can do it unless the page is protected by an administrative action. You should read OWN, as I suggested before, and also COI which discusses editing in an area that you are connected to, and then take a look at WP:ER, which discusses how to make edit requests on the article talk page. You sent me an email stating the same as your above post but I am answering here. You may or may not have been involved in the Indian supercomputer but that gives you no right to dictate what is on the page. In fact in claiming that you were involved means you should not be editing the page. Your involvement should be restricted to the talk page. You should be aware that this is Wikipedia and editors make edits on articles that interest them and they should not be connected with the subject. Should you continue to revert to your preferred version I will block you for longer.
Master Of Ninja is a long time respected editor and is most certainly not a person making "cyber attacks". They are not going to be investigated and if you continue attacking them I will block you.
So going forward. Go to Talk:Supercomputing in India and discuss what you see are the problems. Wikipedia:Assume good faith and talk with other editors. CambridgeBayWeather, Uqaqtuq (talk), Huliva 18:15, 27 September 2020 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing certain pages (Supercomputing in India) for COI and refusal to discuss your edits.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  CambridgeBayWeather, Uqaqtuq (talk), Huliva 21:57, 4 October 2020 (UTC)Reply

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you make personal attacks on other people, as you did at Master Of Ninja. Comment on content, not on fellow editors. CambridgeBayWeather, Uqaqtuq (talk), Huliva 03:50, 24 October 2020 (UTC)Reply
