Government Mohammadpur Model School & College

Hi MuntasirMalek: I appreciate that you want to make your school look good, but I have discovered that you have simply copied material from the school website, beginning I think with this edit, where you do say you are using the website. It appears to be only your second edit here (I am not an administrator, so I can't see whether you have any deleted edits), so you probably did not know that copyright violation is a very serious issue here, because Wikipedia is publication. Please see this page, especially the first subsection, "Contributors' rights and obligations". With very few exceptions—basically material from very old books, such as the 1911 edition of the Encyclopaedia Britannica, and pages that specifically state that they are copyright-free—you must not copy anything off the internet or out of a book or other publication. You have to put it in your own words. It is best to summarise it briefly, both because Wikipedia is an encyclopedia and because the tone of, for example, your school's website is promotional or at least proud, and other websites are written for people who are already interested in and knowledgeable about a topic, and an encyclopedia needs to be neutral and written for all readers. ArbCom 2018 election voter message

Hello, MuntasirMalek. Voting in the 2018 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 3 December. All users who registered an account before Sunday, 28 October 2018, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Thursday, 1 November 2018 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
