Building image

I snapped this from the tour bus as we drove by and have no other info. I think it is the ugliest pile I have ever seen. This was on the Bund side (not Pudong), probably a couple of miles from the Bund and generally on the south side of the city. Even though the images have been deleted, they can be restored once they are ready to be used in the "article space" (i.e. when the article is moved out of the user-sandbox to article). Once the article is in "article space", just drop a note on my talk page or any sysop/admin's page and they'll be happy to restore the images for the use there.
