Jeff Hardy edit

Hi there, and thank you for your edits to Jeff Hardy. However, I have reverted this edit as WP:PW guidelines do not allow future events and week-by-week results to be added to articles. Also, with regard to Jeff's personal life section, please source all contributions, and be careful not to place your info in front of other references. Thank you. ♥NiciVampireHeart♥ 06:00, 12 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

RE: Need help edit

Hi there. Don't worry about making mistakes, everyone does. The important thing is to learn from them! About your needing help, I would suggest you try WP:ADOPT. An experienced editor will "adopt" you and take you under their wing, and show you the ropes. I would, but I'm still only learning myself! If you don't feel that adoption is right for you, I would suggest reading all the pages the welcome message above leads to, particulaly How to edit a page, and I wold also advise you to read citing sources and verifiability in regards to sourcing. These will help you at least get started. Regards, and if you still have problems, you can always ask me. ♥NiciVampireHeart♥ 12:54, 12 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

Re: Adoption edit

Okay, that sounds fine. I'm glad to help in anyway I can. :) How do you need help, and in what areas of Wikipedia?

Happy editing, Midorihana~iidesune? 05:11, 13 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

For starters, you might want to take a look at all the pages in Help:Contents, as well as the pages in the category Wikipedia official policy (Category:Wikipedia official policy).
Another good place to look is at a section of the Wikipedia Signpost (Wikipedia's 'newspaper'). You can subscribe to it using the template {{Signpost-subscription}}. The section that has tips about different parts of Wikipedia is the tutorial.
If you have any specific questions, just leave a message on my talk :) Happy editing, Midorihana~iidesune? 06:44, 16 February 2008 (UTC)Reply
Oh, and for your signature, use closing font tags like this: ModestCassi, otherwise it turns the whole page purple or green. Midorihana~iidesune? 07:54, 16 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

Survey edit

Hi ModestCassi!

I have put together a survey for female editors of Wikipedia (and related projects) in order to explore, in greater detail, women's experiences and roles within the Wikimedia movement. It'd be wonderful if you could participate!

It's an independent survey, done by me, as a fellow volunteer Wikimedian. It is not being done on behalf of the Wikimedia Foundation. I hope you'll participate!

Just click this link to participate in this survey, via Google!

Any questions or concerns, feel free to email me or stop by my user talk page. Also, feel free to share this any other female Wikimedians you may know. It is in English, but any language Wikimedia participants are encouraged to participate. I appreciate your contributions - to the survey and to Wikipedia! Thank you!
