.la

edit

The changes you made are a major change to the subject of the article and it needs to be discussed on the talk page first, and by that I mean you post your view and then wait for other people to voice their opinions and agree or disagree with the changes. I think the general time frame to wait for comments is 10 days.

The problem I have with this change is that countries generally have a domain name and cities do not, so I cant see how a city could take over a country domain and leave them with none. Further more you have provided no independent reliable references for this information (ie. newspaper articles, article from reliable online news sites).

I advise you not to change the page again without consensus, further reverting could be considered edit warring , which is a blockable offence. Sarahj2107 (talk) 21:41, 18 July 2012 (UTC)Reply

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button   or   located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when they said it. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 22:06, 18 July 2012 (UTC)Reply
