Request reason:
I'm not abusing multiple accounts. I don't even know who the hell Lagoo sab is. I work at the Afghan embassy in Islamabad and there are a few other Afghans who use my IP range. User:Mar4d has admitted to using multiple accounts at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Mar4d. This is injustice, I'm banned by racist admins while Mar4d who is also racist (anti-Afghan) has a very long history of using sockpuppets (i.e. User:Strider11 and User:Teckgeek). The racist admins know for sure that Mar4d is using many other names but they either fear him or want to protect him. I'm very sure about this. Remember the day of judgement, I do not forgive you.
Decline reason:
You had this declined - and your talkpage locked - the moment you made accusations of racism (talk→ BWilkins ←track) 12:39, 2 September 2011 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Speedy deletion nomination of Category:Maps of Afghanistan
editA tag has been placed on Category:Maps of Afghanistan requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the category has been empty for seven days or more and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Liz Read! Talk! 16:08, 21 March 2021 (UTC)
