hi it’s Sally Leydon. Thank you for doing this! Just a few things to mention. Mums Medicare card was used on the 8th August 1997 not the 3rd and I called the Commonweath Bank telibank not the Byron Bay Branch. Mum account was held in Ashmore on the Gold Coast and had no association with Byron Bay. I tried to edit them myself but not luck. Many thanks
