Orphaned non-free media (Image:Goodiemobdirtysouthclassics.jpg) edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Goodiemobdirtysouthclassics.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 12:19, 9 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

Bone Thugs edit

I've reverted your edit to the Bone Thugs-n-Harmony discography because you altered information that was both up-to-date and verified by a credible source, namely the RIAA gold and platinum database at RIAA.com. I've reverted this same edit I don't know how many times. The albums haven't been certified for selling/shipping that many copies in the United States by the RIAA. There are links in the references section of the page listing all of the group's various album and single certifications and can easily be checked.Odin's Beard (talk) 03:05, 12 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

Date changes to music articles edit

Don't make any additional date changes to music articles without citing a source or an explanation about why you're doing so. Your edit contributions have been largely based on these sorts of edits. They overlap to an abnormal degree with another editor that has made a habit of adding false dates to music articles similar to the ones you exclusively edit. Please explain your edits in the future, or cease from making similar changes. Shadowjams (talk) 08:22, 28 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

August 2011 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. I have noticed that some of your recent genre changes, such as the one you made to My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, have conflicted with our neutral point of view and verifiability policies. While we invite all users to contribute constructively to Wikipedia, we urge all editors to provide reliable sources for edits made. When others disagree, we recommend you to seek consensus for certain edits. Thank you. Dan56 (talk) 11:15, 5 August 2011 (UTC)Reply

Please refrain from changing genres, as you did to The Sun Rises in the East, without providing a source and without establishing a consensus on the article's talk page first. Genre changes to suit your own point of view are considered disruptive. Thank you. Dan56 (talk) 10:01, 18 August 2011 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open! edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Disambiguation link notification for January 19 edit

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Back to Back (Drake song), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Digital download. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
