All of these topics are promising, MichelenaOctavia. However, you haven't linked to the internal Wikipedia pages so I can can easily navigate to those pages, as well. Always make sure to use internal links and external links whenever warranted, which means your linked text should look like this: Self-Reliance.

So far as your topics go, any of these will work. Be aware, however, that major author pages (like Emerson) may be heavily policed by other users, so it may be difficult to find a way to contribute substantially to them without other users deleting or rejecting your work. This doesn't mean you can't or shouldn't -- by all means, be bold! You may find a way to balance out the criticism on one of these works and/or clean up the author pages. You may also choose to create or alter an existing article about a specific work by one of these authors (either the works you've mentioned or another work you're interested in). Click around each author's page, and especially check out the Article Talk pages for each to get a good idea of what kind of work might be done one each. This article Inside Out & Back Again could use more information about the novel such as a deeper analysis of the plot. I plan to revise the "Plot" section of this page to include more information about the plot of the novel.

This article Inside Out & Back Again could also use information about the structure, theme, characters and important quotes that are discussed in the novel. I plan to add more sections to include information about the structure, theme, characters and important quotes. --MichelenaOctavia (talk) 19:38, 23 October 2014 (UTC)Reply

These edits sound fine, MichelenaOctavia. Just make sure that any "deeper analysis" you add is not your own interpretation, but instead is a summary of critical interpretations by scholars that you cite in footnotes to the article. Note that you won't receive a score for this component of the assignment, since it as submitted more than 3 days late. Nadinecross78 (talk) 22:15, 1 November 2014 (UTC)Reply

Nadinecross78 After researching Inside Out & Back Again, I realized that this novel doesn't have enough credible sources so I changed my topic to another novel Eye Contact by authorCammie McGovern. --MichelenaOctavia (talk) 20:48, 4 November 2014 (UTC) My contributions to Wikipedia as of right now include:Reply
