Hello. A belated welcome to Wikipedia. :-)
Do you work with/for Oyez.org? I have a silly idea of taking some of Oyez.org's multimedia content (such as audio recordings related to U.S. Supreme Court cases) and uploading it to Wikimedia Commons, Wikimedia's global file repository. As I see it, a lot of this content is within Commons' scope (i.e., it's free and educational), some of the content would be neat to embed directly in articles (only really possible if the files are uploaded to Commons), and it's generally a good idea to have backups of this type of content. We don't want to lose it.
I'm wondering if Oyez.org would be willing to upload its content to Wikimedia Commons and/or provide dumps of its content. Do you know? Or do you know someone who would know? --MZMcBride (talk) 05:52, 12 April 2013 (UTC)
