Joining WikiProject EastEnders edit

Hi there, to join Wikiproject EastEnders go to Wikipedia:WikiProject EastEnders. It tells you what to do there. A little but of advice though. Read the page thoroughly and have a look at some of the past discussions on Wikipedia talk:WikiProject EastEnders and Talk:List of EastEnders characters. These will give you a good idea about some of the rules and conventions here regarding editing EastEnders articles. It will also help you avoid making edits that are likely be reverted. Happy editing! Bleaney (talk) 22:51, 31 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

Masood edit

Actually Masood was the last of the original family to first appear, Tamwar appeared before him. See List of EastEnders characters which has the cast in appearance order. Bleaney (talk) 01:16, 12 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

Orphaned non-free media (File:Janine Butcher as she appeared in 2013.jpg) edit

Thanks for uploading File:Janine Butcher as she appeared in 2013.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Hazard-Bot (talk) 04:55, 21 April 2013 (UTC)Reply

Disambiguation link notification for May 28 edit

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Walford East tube station, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Danielle Jones (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Waterloo Road edit

Don't forget, once characters have departed. Don't just remove them from their current list, you have to move them down to Past characters. This makes other editors jobs a lot easier. Thanks. ThisIsDanny (talk) 20:03, 4 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited List of longest-serving soap opera actors, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Casualty (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
