Very well, prove it. Choose any Wikipedia stub article on what you consider to be a mature topic and expand it to article size, or write a new, short article on a topic that does not yet have an article. Your work should at least conform to the standards you can look up at WP:1ST. Do this on this talk page, in a seperate section below. If your work is any good, I (or another admin) may unblock you.
