Speedy deletion of Prince Umberto's Pizzeria

edit

A tag has been placed on Prince Umberto's Pizzeria, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia per CSD a7.

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as an appropriate article, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is appropriate, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the article and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag) and leave a note on the page's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. Realkyhick 03:31, 11 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

Re: Prince Umberto's Pizzeria

It's a business - also known as a company, that's why it is marked as such. But it looks like it could be a useful article, it just needs reliable sources. If it gets deleted, you can recreate it when you gather your sources and cite it properly. If you want work on it while doing this, I suggest creating a personal sandbox. Also, when posting on a talk page (including user talk pages) and starting a new topic, include a header like so: ==Header Title==. Also, please remember to state what you are talking about, so user's don't have to go searching for it. One more note, I noticed some edits to your new article from an anonymous user, which I am assuming is you, but not logged in. In order to make it easier to work one things (like the situation now), it's a good idea to make sure you are logged in before editing. Thanks. If you have any comments or questions, just can just post them below here, and I'll read them. Remember to indent your reply with a colon (:). --Pilotboi / talk / contribs 03:51, 11 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

Ok, but can you please help me with my layout?— Preceding unsigned comment added by Mdefel (talkcontribs)
I would be happy to, but lets wait to see if it will be deleted or not first. If it doesn't get deleted, then I will help you out. Also, please read all of my message. I stated that you could reply BELOW this message, this keeps the discussion on one page. Also, please be careful when editing not to cause any unwanted text or headers, or such. And remember to sign your posts. It seems that you are relativly new to editing Wikipedia, so I recommend reading a few of the guidelines and related material, located at the top of this page, in your welcome box. Again, you can post your reply under here, just ident properly with colons (:). --Pilotboi / talk / contribs 04:42, 11 September 2007 (UTC)Reply
OK now I see, thank you for pointing that out. --Mdefel 04:56, 11 September 2007 (UTC)Reply
Great! Yeah, at first it seems as though you do everything wrong. But if you watch what other's do, I'm sure you'll pick up on it all fast. --Pilotboi / talk / contribs 04:58, 11 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

File permission problem with File:Megapie.jpg

edit

Thanks for uploading File:Megapie.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read the Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. —Bkell (talk) 04:03, 22 February 2013 (UTC)Reply
