This article has done a good job thoroughly explaining low frustration tolerance. It has several well-balanced sections that explain various aspects of LFT. The vocabulary used is easy enough to understand for a general audience. I especially appreciated the use of examples in the reducing LFT section. All of the information is appropriately cited. There are a few changes that can be made. REBT isn't linked until the last section. It would be better if it were linked the first time it appeared, in the History section. I spotted a few grammatical mistakes. In the second line of the History section "irrational believes" should be changed to "irrational beliefs". In the description of Reinforcement Hedonism, "The content of a person's desire, are reinforced", either "content" should be changed to "contents" or "are" should be changed to "is".WikiBen104 (talk) 00:07, 28 November 2016 (UTC)Reply
