Notes

edit

Hi! Here are the following notes on your draft:

  • This has some original research via statements such as "There are many similarities between the National Council of American Indians and the National Congress of American Indians in purpose and activism." The issue is who exactly is making this comparison statement? Unless this comparison is specifically made in a reliable source, it's original research to make this claim.
  • This draft jumps directly into discussing Zitkala-Sa without actually saying who this person is. The draft later clarifies this, but that is something that needs to be clarified the first time the person is mentioned and from then on the same name needs to be used for the individual throughout the article unless there is a major reason as to why a different name should be used.
  • Avoid using euphemisms or slang type of language when referring to the end of something or someone. In specific, a person dies but an organization ends, as it's not a living entity so to speak.
  • You have sourcing, but almost none of it is in-line. These sources need to be made in-line so that the reader can tell what source goes with which claim. Also, keep in mind that the sourcing should focus on the NCoAI in order to establish how it's notable separately from Zitkala-Sa.

I hope that this helps! Shalor (Wiki Ed) (talk) 21:07, 20 November 2019 (UTC)Reply
