Is there a reason you have added this back into the article? NORML is not a reliable source for a Wikipedia article about medical cannabis, and the article is not about U.S. laws. If this isn't getting through to you, I'll start a new discussion on the article talk page since it looks like you are only interested in advocated for a POV as a WP:SPA rather than building an encyclopedia.
