Hey, Maudamelie! I saw your comment on the talk page of King the Kid. The problem with the page isn't that they're not a real band; the problem is that they aren't notable yet. You see, Wikipedia doesn't try to have an article on every single thing on the planet; because we rely on reliable sources for our article content, we can only accept articles about subjects that have been covered in reliable sources; otherwise, we'd have nothing to write about! That's the essence of what notability is; it's a guideline we use to make sure that the information in our new articles is all verifiable through references to reliable sources. This page will give you a better idea of what notability means for bands. King the Kid isn't notable yet; they could become notable in the future, but we have to wait until then before we can write an article about them. Yoeu see what I mean?
