Automobile production years edit

Saw your changes (and self revert) at Subaru Forester and it looks like you're a little confused. Some of the confusion might be because N.America uses model years, most other markets use calendar years and different places count the end of year differently too. E.g. for a vehicle made from Aug 2002 to Aug 2005. N.America calls it 2003 to 2005 model years (usually without "model" to keep us confused). Many countries call it 2002 to 2004 (counting from the start of each 12 month block starting mid-year). And some just use the years of the first and last days of production to call it 2002-2005. Wikipedia uses the last. You'll have to decide yourself what your sources say. And of course Japanese cars often get released in Japan before they're released in other markets. Managing a conflict of interest edit

  Hello, Mattheviewer. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about in the article Idle Hands, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

  • avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, company, organization or competitors;
  • propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (see the {{request edit}} template);
  • disclose your COI when discussing affected articles (see WP:DISCLOSE);
  • avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
  • do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).

Also please note that editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 00:13, 13 April 2018 (UTC)Reply

June 2019 edit

  Please do not add original research or novel syntheses of published material to articles as you apparently did to Cinderella III: A Twist in Time. Please cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Thank you. - FlightTime (open channel) 23:33, 24 June 2019 (UTC)Reply

COI revisited edit

I don't think you should be editing articles about films. Please review your COI issue above, you wouldn't want to get yourself blocked. - FlightTime (open channel) 23:37, 24 June 2019 (UTC)Reply
