I've been blocked from my wikipedia page and it's me edit

Hello to whoever it is that reads this .. I was updating info on my wikipedia page that's about me and i've been permanently blocked from it..I'm so confused because i have no idea who even blocked me.. i thought this was an open platform to edit and update my info as i go... who is in control of my page?
