Suggestion

If you are submitting a draft about a Vice-chancellor, put a note at the top of the draft stating they meet PROF #6. You can also move the draft to mainspace (Article) yourself (no need to submit it). See HELP:MOVE for instructions (change it from Draft to (Article)).
