Hello Drmies Thank you for your welcome and your invitation. I'll stay and check the Karl May page on a regular basis, but that's all I can really do. I've had a hard time even finding how to contact you. I'm completely of no use to Wikipedia, the 'sign' language (and other things) that I'd have to learn would keep me from translating Karl May, and I'm especially now in a very busy stage of preparing a new translation. Besides, I'm not comfortable in such an open environment where anyone can vandalize the contents and for the heck of it target someone out of spite; the damage is done (eventhough there are corrections/deletions afterwards), as the offending text stays in the log, accessible to anyone. As I said on your talk page, my Karl May text and research work takes place on a private (though international) basis.

If I find anything of an offensive nature on the Wikipedia Karl May page during my casual checks, I will notify you via your talk page.

It's been a pleasure touching base with you again - cheerio from marliesb with the four tildes
