I'm responding here rather than by email since that's the convention on Wikipedia. To respond you can add your text below mine here, on your User Talk page, or you can respond on my talk page if you prefer.
The link you added to Hamlet wasn't removed because we hate it or think it's bad; in fact, without studying it too closely, I think it's probably a wonderful resource for schoolchildren.
However, since the site in question is one you're affiliated with, adding it runs into Wikipedia's Conflict of Interest policy. You cannot add this link yourself; the best you can do is put a message on the Talk page for Hamlet and let other editors decide whether or not they want to add it. Since two editors have now removed the link when you added it, I don't think that will happen. Hamlet is a Featured Article, which means the standards for inclusion—particularly for the External Links section—will be very selective. There are the further problems of your site lacking a peer review process (cf. the policy on Reliable Sources and Self-Published Sources), the Podcast link is inappropriate under the External Links exclusions as an RSS feed, and it's excluded by the same policy because Podcasts on the iTunes Store require an external program to use (iTunes).
In short, there are many reasons why editors may feel your site is not a good candidate for including in Hamlet's External Links section, and none of these should be construed as a slight on the quality or value of your site. --Xover (talk) 14:13, 6 September 2008 (UTC)
