Page Protect MCHS edit

Hi MarkehMe, I'm pretty sure you are the admin of the Magdalene Catholic High School page. An IT teacher at our school blocked all of Wikipedia on our school WiFI because a small number of people vandalised the page around a year ago. As a contributor to the site I'm sure you can understand how frustrating it is for all of us to not be able to access it. I was wondering if you could apply some level of Page Protection to it, so that it can not be edited by just anyone. This would be helpful in getting Wikipedia unblocked here. Thanks! --Ryanfanboy (talk) 03:09, 19 March 2018 (UTC)RyanfanboyReply

Coord Template Issue edit

I'm currently using this template code in Magdalene Catholic High School:

{{coord|-34.04365|150.7566|type:edu_region:AU-NSW|display=inline,title}}

However, it seems to break the page - I can't see an issue with it however? MarkehMe (talk) 14:38, 27 October 2014 (UTC)Reply

MarkehMe, it looks like your region parameter was breaking the template, I'm not sure why and I couldn't get it to work so I just removed it. It still sets the coordinates correctly, though, so I wouldn't much worry about it. Primefac (talk) 16:30, 27 October 2014 (UTC)Reply
Thanks Primefac - not sure why it is working on some pages and not others! Either way, no big deal. Appreciate the help. --MarkehMe (talk) 04:35, 28 October 2014 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of KNOBBY Underwear edit

Hello MarkehMe,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged KNOBBY Underwear for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. TheLongTone (talk) 12:18, 5 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

Hey TheLongTone, I didn't quite get time to respond to this in time.. however I've left a note now (guess speedy really means, speedy). --MarkehMe (talk) 03:55, 6 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
Sorry if I was trigger-happy there... I cant' remember exactly wht this article got given the Black Spot, but it was probably because the references were not solid enough to establish notabilirty. I don't think there was a clear reason given why the company is interesting, either....TheLongTone (talk) 13:19, 6 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
All good. Whats done is done, maybe someone else will pick it up in the future. I thought having it as a stub would have prevented a speedy. --MarkehMe (talk) 03:19, 8 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

Notable alumni edit

I removed it because there was no notable alumni listed, and those lists often become targets for spam and vandalism. The Drover's Wife (talk) 23:17, 4 February 2018 (UTC)Reply
