Hurricane edits

What are your sources for these numbers? You seem to just be rounding them to the nearest five, though in one case you did add one. Please share your sources. Thank you. --Golbez (talk) 15:23, 16 September 2011 (UTC)Reply

Hurricane Celia (210) had a pressure of 921 mb, not 926 mb. YE Pacific Hurricane 13:42, 22 September 2011 (UTC)Reply

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed content from 2009 Atlantic hurricane season with this edit. When removing content, please specify a reason in the edit summary and discuss edits that are likely to be controversial on the article's talk page. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the content has been restored, as you can see from the page history. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Can you please stop removing content for the 2009 AHS article. No offence, but your edits have caused broken templates. Thank you. YE Pacific Hurricane 14:03, 22 September 2011 (UTC)Reply

Errol

edit

Hi there - according to BoMs preliminary tropical cyclone report Errol had windspeeds of 105km/h which when converted back equals 57kts and not 55. Please dont change this again as otherwise it introduces original research into the conversion. Thank you.Jason Rees (talk) 18:26, 22 September 2011 (UTC)Reply

Final warning

edit

If you continue to change numbers without discussion, you will be blocked until you decide to join the conversation. --Golbez (talk) 19:06, 22 September 2011 (UTC)Reply

I have blocked you indefinitely until you respond to the concerns presented on this talk page; you can still edit it. "Indefinitely" does not mean "infinitely", simply that it will be in place until these issues are resolved. --Golbez (talk) 14:00, 23 September 2011 (UTC)Reply

Pointing out that if you ever want to be a welcomed member of this community again then you only need to ask here. Golbez did not ask much of you, only what is expected from every editor: to discuss when ones edits are challenged. Wikipedia will not work if we don't talk to each other, and as far as I can tell this was the central problem with your edits. If we can get that resolved we can move on.
However, with every sock account you create you will make this more difficult. When evading the block you put yourself above the other editors, and show that you have no interest in community norms.
