You forgot to change a part of the text, my dear.

You can always dream, my position in your connection does not change, : I am persuaded that will be necessary to move away you for a long moment, possibly to banish you, of all the projects, because you n'y are used for nothing and that I do not think qu'il is possible that you improve. Example minor, but rather fundamental, of your incapacity to take part correctly. --Mario scolas 11:43, 16 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

Maarten Rudelsheim-AfD edit

[1]Bonjour, I noticed you had trouble putting this up for deletion. Note that I have been living in Flanders for a long time, was educated here, I know something about the Flemish Movement, and I had never heard about the guy. Basically, to say it in English, I do not know this person "from a hole in the ground". I checked WP:BIO, and he seems to fail that. However, personally, my vote will be a weak delete - I would prefer a merge of the info myself, but I do not see anything in Wikipedia about the Frontbeweging yet, where this guy belongs.

If you still want to start an AfD, I can help - but we need to delete the former, invalid AfD first. I suppose I could ask a non-Belgian admin to do that.

I also had a look at Elio Di Rupo and copy edited it. I replaced "libellously" with "wrongly". If you have a reference proving that it was libel (eg the police saying so, but even the accuser excusing himself or settling out of court would do) then we put "libellously" back in. ("Libellously" may be contrary to the good name of the accuser.) If you have no reference, even the word "wrongly" will probably have to go, because it is a weasel word and should be avoided on wikipedia. Unfortunately, but let us keep it in for the moment (we both know the accusation was untrue). In between "libellously" and "wrongly" (or actually nothing) we also have "falsely" but that would need corrobaration as well (eg a news article from a serious neutral newspaper saying that it was not true).

On a side note: do not get dragged into edit warring with User:BogaertB. If you do, you may both get blocked. You are at a disadvantage here because your English does not seem to be as good as his. I am saying this, beacuse I noticed you frenchified the place of death of Sandor Szondi. In a case like that, where there is no English name, we use the version the subject would have used him/herself. I agree BogaertB should not have replaced Bruges with Brugge (claiming the same reason as you by the way) at Laurette Onkelinx, but doing the same wrong thing as someone you are in conflict with (elsewhere even), is a violation of WP:POINT. I think I will revert both name changes. OK, keep up the good work. --Pan Gerwazy 23:53, 22 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

Removing information from other people's talk pages edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. However, talk pages are meant to be a record of a discussion; deleting or editing legitimate comments, as you did at User talk:Jossi, is considered bad practice, even if you meant well. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. IPSOS (talk) 22:42, 23 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

Mario, it is a bad idea to erase personal attacks against you on third party people's talk pages, for two reasons: 1) people's talk pages are sacrosanct: you can add your own comment, but leave deleting and editing to the person concerned (that is different form user pages, where every negative comment by somebody else can be deleted by anybody) 2) deleting personal attacks against you weakens your case if an administrator has a look at your behaviour and that of your opponent - and that moment may not be far off. The main reason why I was suggesting asking a non-Belgian administrator to delete the faulty Afd - any Belgian administrator is sure to have a look at your contributions and see you are edit warring and block you both, something which I wanted to avoid, because I still think both of you can make useful contributions to Wikipedia outside your sphere of conflict. By the way, personal attacks are usually easily recognizable: anything which comments on the author of an edit rather than on the edit itself could be a personal attack. (see WP:NPA on that front)
Normally, I would now advise you to lay low and contact an administrator if BogaertB insists in attacking you. I notice however, that you have unwittingly crossed a new boundary by talking about a legal complaint. On Wikipedia, threatening with a legal complaint is absolute out (see WP:LEGAL)Please, if you do not want to be banned (and yes, you would be the only one banned) and want to continue work on Wikipedia, please delete that sentence (you are allowed to do that on your own page) and state that you did not know that was not allowed. It is also a good idea to always put a signature by the way, if you do not want people to complain that "you are the same guy as that IP". Oh, and just in case you doubt this, even if you are a member of the Parti Socialiste, you are allowed to edit Wikipedia articles (just like members of the Vlaams Belang) but you must always remember that your edits must respect NPOV. --Pan Gerwazy 17:23, 24 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

Blanking articles edit

Please do not delete content from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Frances Bean Cobain. Your edits do not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use Wikipedia:Sandbox for test edits. Thank you. --Sakkura 15:21, 21 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion of Rim'K edit

A tag has been placed on Rim'K requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a band, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for musical topics.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. ǝuɪuǝsɐ (ʞɿɐʇ) sʇdpǝ 17:16, 27 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

Rim'K no notable ? Exlain me why ? His algerian roots ?--Mario scolas (talk) 19:15, 27 February 2008 (UTC). I put the discussion in a extern forumReply

Rimk edit

It is not necessarily that he is not notable, it is that the article has not asserted why he is notable. ǝuɪuǝsɐ (ʞɿɐʇ) sʇdpǝ 19:33, 27 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

And I would appreciate it if you did not call me an Islamophobe, since I have many times considered converting to Islam myself, mon ami. ǝuɪuǝsɐ (ʞɿɐʇ) sʇdpǝ 19:40, 27 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

I note your real reason here, here and here.

My real reason? Are you insinuating that I am misleading you? ǝuɪuǝsɐ (ʞɿɐʇ) sʇdpǝ 19:53, 27 February 2008 (UTC)Reply
I insinuate nothing I discut of this fact outside Wikipedia...I publish this fact in the musical press...and others forum. I'll blog this information.
I now realise what you wrote on that article, it is a personal attack, and so I warn you.

Please do not attack other editors, which you did here: User:Asenine. If you continue, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia.

Also, if you can prove he is notable, he is valid to this encyclopaedia. But do not simply assume he is. ǝuɪuǝsɐ (ʞɿɐʇ) sʇdpǝ 20:07, 27 February 2008 (UTC)Reply
I beg you pardon ? : if you can prove he is notable - I wrote an whole article, all the information were deleted - I accept your intersting choice ? --Mario scolas (talk) 20:13, 27 February 2008 (UTC)Reply
The point is that in the course of that article there was no statement that demonstrated that he conformed to Wikipedia notability standards. Merely releasing lots of albums does not make you notable. ǝuɪuǝsɐ (ʞɿɐʇ) sʇdpǝ 20:19, 27 February 2008 (UTC)Reply
I take just note YOUR position that Rim'K don't enter in the criteria of the american Wikipedia as another case with other notorious artists from Algeria.
I do not know of an 'American Wikipedia', and I do not understand what you mean at all. αѕєηιηє t/c 22:07, 27 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

Lapresse miserable Tunisian Journal ? I found unnacceptable to consider the first newspaper of Tunisia fouded by Henri Smadja died in 1974.[2]! I see no objection to put the original version of Clem 32.--Mario scolas (talk) 22:31, 27 February 2008 (UTC)Reply
Mario, everybody khows that user:Clem32 is your 400th sock over all WP languages or someting like that. It's time to find other games than playing with WP and threatening people with socks while you play the victim with your main accounts. You have made mistakes on nl: and fr: that led to you, I have no doubt that you'll also continue to make mistakes here till you are banned. Clem23 (talk) 14:31, 28 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Eddy Courthéoux edit

The article Eddy Courthéoux has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Unreferenced and poorly-translated article about a political candidate who does not appear to meet notabiltiy guidelines.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. AllyD (talk) 19:20, 25 January 2011 (UTC)Reply
