World kidney day

A tag has been placed on World kidney day, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the page appears to have no meaningful content or history, and the text is unsalvageably incoherent.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag) and leave a note on the page's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself.

If the page you created was a test, please use the sandbox for any other experiments you would like to do. Feel free to leave a message on my talk page if you have any questions about this. ~Matticus TC 10:33, 7 August 2007 (UTC)Reply

Re: help

edit

Hello, I got your request for help on my talk page. Welcome to Wikipedia. As a new user, you should take the time to read through the essays and policy pages in the welcome message I added to the top of this page (that list of six links). This should give you a basic grounding in what Wikipedia's goals are, how to edit articles in a helpful manner, introduce you to some of the standards and conventions editors use, and where to get more help when needed. A massive project like Wikipedia can seem a bit overwhelming to a beginner, but rest assured that if you are here to contribute with good intentions, the majority of editors will be understanding if you make mistakes or need guidance. So if you can't find what you're looking for in the help pages, you are welcome to ask me a specific question and I'll do what I can to help (alternatively, because nobody is here 24/7, you can place the text {{helpme}} and your question on this talk page and another editor will soon turn up to assist. Good luck, and I hope you enjoy contributing to the project. ~Matticus TC 15:09, 7 August 2007 (UTC)Reply

Oh, and don't forget to sign any text you add to talk pages (but not the actual encyclopedia articles themselves) with four tilde symbols (~~~~) to make it easy for other people to see who is talking. Thanks! ~Matticus TC 15:12, 7 August 2007 (UTC)Reply
