Orphaned non-free image File:Fielding Graduate University logo.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading File:Fielding Graduate University logo.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 02:19, 13 August 2015 (UTC)Reply

Conflict of interest? Please get help! edit

Hello Marianne.mccarthy! I noticed that you've made a bunch of edits to the article on Fielding Graduate University and not much else. I also noticed that multiple sources on the Internet suggest that you are currently or previously employed by Fielding. This would seem to violate Wikipedia's conflict of interest policy and suggests that you're account might be created for a single purpose. Both of these are pretty serious policies in the Wikipedia community and it would be really helpful if you could read more about them and reach out to other Wikipedians to seek help ensuring that the Fielding article meets all relevant Wikipedia standards for quality, notability, and verifiability. It is also important to remember that Wikipedia is not advocacy or a means of promotion! As an education professional myself, I realize that having an article on the site can be important for institutions like Fielding. At the same time, I encourage you to consider that the only reason Wikipedia has acquired such a strong reputation as a reliable source for information is that the community works hard to uphold the independence and credibility implied by the standards of verifiability and neutral point of view. I believe Fielding can have an article on the site that meets the community's standards. Please help us achieve this goal and uphold the reputation of the site at the same time. By doing so, I think you will serve the interests of Fielding even more effectively. Aaron (talk) 04:57, 9 January 2016 (UTC)Reply
