Hi, I disagree that there is "nothing misleading" in the sentence you added, it is actually misleading on at least a couple of points:

1. It creates a false impression that the Russian aviation industry competes only with regional jet makers, which is clearly not the case (see, for example, Tu-204, Il-476 and MS-21 projects, as well as various Russian helicopters and military planes)
2. "Poor" is a disputable and biased term and as such should be avoided as per WP:AVOID. Who decides if the "reputation" is poor? Compared to what? By what criteria?

There are several problems with your counterarguments:

You are misrepresenting what I said, please see above, I did not say anything about "commercial aircraft sales", neither the sentence you added refers to "commercial aircraft sales", instead it refers to the Russian aviation industry. Clearly there is a difference.

Unless you can clearly define what "poor" means, it cannot be a factual assertion but just an opinion of the author. Just because some mysterious "numerous sources" call something remarkable, brilliant or poor does not mean that such a wording should be included in the article, please see WP:AVOID and WP:NPOV.

I see you've made a change to the sentence in question and but I still think it's not good enough, for the following reasons:

• It's a vague speculation about what may or may not happen and as such isn't a real aftermath
• It suffers from the same problems as the previous version, that is, disputable and vague wording: Which Western firms? All of them? Statistically lower? How much lower? By what criterion? Source?

Yeah, I'd done a search at the Empik website, just in case, and found nothing as well. It's not listed on 679's Tumblr post either. Although it has yet to be confirmed that Warner Music Poland somehow made a mistake, perhaps we could leave it out and just list the digital standard edition, at least for the time being (that is, until the physical album is listed for sale at Empik, or Warner Poland changes the date). Ilyushin Il-76 crash

I'm just writing to let you know that I asked[List of accidents and incidents on commercial aircraft] MilborneOne if the crash belongs on List of accidents and incidents on commercial aircraft. The Il-76s are used alot as military aircraft and I believe that was what they were intended for when built. MilborneOne will set me straight if this is a crash for the list or not. Greetings. Thanks for the heads-up and the compliment. As far as I know, this is a workhorse of the cargo industry, but more generally, an aircraft that has both military and civilian variants, and, consequently, mixed use. Our article Ilyushin Il-76 says in the lead: "The Il-76 has seen extensive service as a commercial freighter for ramp-delivered cargo, especially for outsized or heavy items unable to be otherwise carried". The flight was performed by a commercial cargo airline on behalf of another, and the aircraft can lift 40 tons, which puts it above the 10-ton treshold advertised on the list. This was also the civilian 76T variant. So, given the all-around civilian cargo aspects of this situation, and it being the deadliest air crash in the history of the Republic of Congo (according to Aviation Safety Network), the other having been also a cargo crash a year ago, I'd say it certainly belongs on our civilian aircraft accident list. I Briefly scanned the discussion in the last section (I think that is the one you wanted me to take note of, as it has your participation in it). This issue is very difficult to get any sort of consensus on on enwiki, where editing geographical names in hot dispute areas falls roughly along ethnic and national lines of editors themselves. Not being either Albanian or Serbian, I don't have that particular "shortcoming". However, I hesitate to say anything about any particular name at this point, as things are just a) up in turmoil in the land itself, and b) the quality of discussion is low, and the discussion itself is onerous and volatile. I frankly don't want to touch with with a ten-foot Pole. :) The one name that I consistently think should be "Albanian" is Prishtina itself. I do not like the default spelling that appears in English sources, which is really a terrible gloss on Priština, the Serb orthography rendered in Roman alphabet, that removes the diacritic and thus any guidance to how it should be pronounced. For that reason alone "Prishtina" is the phonetically correct rendition of the name. If you see any light in extrapolating my reasoning to other cases, be my guest and fee free to cite my opinion. Yes. It is like writing "Lech Walesa" for "Lech Wałęsa" and so no one knows how to pronounce it correctly by looking. So people say Wah-leh-sah, instead of Va-WHEN-Sah (approximate). I don't know how you expect to get any sympathy from me when you basically call me an idiot. I'm curious to know which edits I've made that have exposed that I don't have "much experience" (and with what exactly? I've never flown a B777 into SFO, if that's what you mean). Oh, and is this the revert you're talking about? I'd hardly call that something you had to revert -- just something you wanted to revert, apparently so you could wave it my face more than twenty-four hours later. And you have some nerve talking about native English speakers, when your user page shows you are not one (and you should be able to infer that I am one).

However, speaking at least to the word "cartwheel"... that's subjective. I saw the video myself; that doesn't look like "cartwheeling" to me. One person's use of the term is not gospel (as some would disagree). It was obviously at least "spinning"; there is no reason to resort to hyperbole.

Your shoddy post to the Southwest Airlines Flight 345 debate

The link to Google News archive is working fine[1]. Second, the aircraft involved in the incident was a 737 not a 787. It is a well known fact that Southwest's whole fleet consists of 737s only. Why you brought up 787s and Sukhoi Superjet 100 is beyond me....William 18:35, 23 July 2013 (UTC)

Please don't try my patience with your obtuse arguments. I made a typo in the case of "787". THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A B787-700. But there is a B737-700, of which this is one.
