You have added the word "civil" to the statement that hr. Møller was the only knight of the Elephant who was neither a royal nor a head of state. Who were the uncivil knights? A.f.a.I.k. all the generals who were knighted for their deeds in WWII were dead before Møller was inducted in the order.

BTW if you mean non-military, I belive the word is civilian. Civil means polite.
