I don't know how you did it (I tried to read that Phabricator thread but it's waaaaaay over my head), but you did it. Thanks. Drmies (talk) 14:44, 25 October 2018 (UTC)
- Hey, while I have your ear/eye, maybe you can have a quick look at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/PLO69. A bunch of these have set up shop on other projects ([1], [2], [3], [4]), and maybe you, with your magic powers, can consider cross-wiki CU and other actions... Pinging Berean_Hunter as well. Thanks again, Drmies (talk) 14:47, 25 October 2018 (UTC)
Hi @Drmies. Thanks for your message. Apologies for the late reply, but I'm on a forced break due to family issues. I could delete that page now that they made avalaible a "batched deletion" process in which pages with a very large number of revisions are now deleted via a JobQueue job instead of everything at once, avoiding the DB-timeout problems. It needs some more "cosmetic" changes, so to speak; though. About the SPI you mention, given that I'm still in a break, I think it'd be better that you approached somebody else that could have a look at it. Sorry for not being able to help. Best regards, —MarcoAurelio (talk) 20:03, 2 November 2018 (UTC)
- Don't worry about it, Marco--thanks again, and please take care of yourself. Family issues are important. Drmies (talk) 21:20, 2 November 2018 (UTC)
