I'm looking back over your submission- Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Kim Eng Holdings Limited and I'd like you to try to find more independent sources to establish the notability of the company. Maybe there was an article about it in the Singapore Straits Times? Sites that do little more than quote the stock price are insufficient, I'm afraid.
