Thank you for taking up the task of updating the population figures per the last census! In order to be able to edit the article Sindh, you need to become an autoconfirmed user: normally this happens automatically once you make your tenth edit. So far you've made eight edits in total, so all you need to do is make two more edits to any wikipedia page of your choosing, this can even be your own user page. Sorry that everyone's a bit suspicious around this topic, but we've previously had to deal with one especially disruptive user who persistently kept on inserting made-up population figures for the cities of Sindh – it took quite some time to deal with that so now we all end up erring on the side of caution here. – Uanfala 19:53, 9 October 2017 (UTC)
