Please see my comments at top. I also broke it up into sections and added WP:Wikilinks for you. That said, you're going to need more sourcing than just two articles. I take it Sam is a relative? The issue with that is there may well be facts about him which you know to be true, but which aren't WP:Verifiable through media/academia. Bear in mind that to ensure Sam has an accurate article, we can't just "take your word for it" if you state a given fact but can't provide sourcing. And per WP:No original research we can only accept public/published data, so official announcements, news articles, etc. We can't accept, for example, school diplomas, receipts, and other such WP:Primary sources.

So your priority now is to cap the article with a 2-3 sentence sum-up WP:Lead section, and to look around for as much published information about Sam as possible.
