Hi there. I significantly trimmed your edit to Centre for Addiction and Mental Health. You appear to be a single-purpose editor, and your edit was excessively detailed and your sources were not entirely neutral. I completely agree that protecting workers is a very serious concern, and I know how difficult and dangerous a nurses job can be. That being said, a central Wikipedia policy is that it remain neutral. I know you put a lot of effort into your edit, but please take a moment to read Wikipedia:Neutral point of view and WP:SOAPBOX.
