The Wikipedia tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and discussion pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~ (the software will replace them with your signature and the date). Again, welcome! You are new so we don't expect you to know about our guidelines and policies, but you need to read and follow MOS:ISLAM. Thanks. Doug Weller talk 07:24, 13 February 2016 (UTC)Reply

Ahmidayya edit

Responding to your request to not allow this group to identify as Muslim: This isn't the way this encyclopedia works. We don't decide who belongs to what religion, we let the adherents of that religion decide. Within Christianity there is a group of churches called Mormons who consider themselves Christians, despite some serious theological differences and the fact that most other Christians don't see them as Christians. We classify them as Christians. We also don't declare anyone to be either a fake or a real prophet. And I find it odd that you say that a group of people have rights - except that they don't have the right to name their religion and identify as Muslims. In any case, making those amendments would be against our policies and guidelines. Doug Weller talk 08:36, 13 February 2016 (UTC)Reply
