Managing a conflict of interest edit

  Hello, Maithijilly. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about in the page Jilly Juice, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

  • avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization or competitors;
  • propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{request edit}} template);
  • disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest#How to disclose a COI);
  • avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:Spam);
  • do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.

Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Based on your edit summaries " Corrupted gross mischaracterization that I've claimed any cures", " I've never claimed cures" and "I have been falsely mischaracterized by these articles" Meters (talk) 03:20, 29 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

And of course, based on your username since the person behind Jilly Juice is Jillian Mai Thi Epperly. Meters (talk) 03:24, 29 April 2020 (UTC)Reply
Please discuss any problems with the article on the article's talk page after properly disclosing your conflict of interest. Meters (talk) 03:26, 29 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

April 2020 edit

  Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Jilly Juice. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Stop editing the article. We know Dr Phil is not a doctor. It's the name he goes by and his article is linked. Meters (talk) 03:31, 29 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

Okay no problem I was just disputing the information as it was a gross mischaracterization but I completely understand I didn't realize the conflict of interest policy you have as far as biases Maithijilly (talk) 03:45, 29 April 2020 (UTC)Reply
As I said, Please discuss any problems with the article on the article's talk page after properly disclosing your conflict of interest. Meters (talk) 08:20, 29 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

  You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize Wikipedia by deliberately introducing incorrect information. I have noted your YouTube video and you clearly have a major conflict of interest, therefore I find it necessary to place this notice. Do not edit the page about Jilly Juice as you have a major bias as the creator. Please read more on the talk page for Jilly Juice. JamesHSmith6789 (talk) 17:49, 30 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

As this is the first time I've ever had a page written about me you have to understand why I dispute some of the information however you guys will run it how you run it and the world will figure it out. Have a good day🍇 Maithijilly (talk) 00:39, 1 May 2020 (UTC)Reply
And you have been told several times how to go about dealing with any problems that you believe the article has. Disclose your conflict of interest. Propose your changes on the article's talk page, with supporting references, and other editors (those without conflicts of interest in this article) will decide if your proposals are acceptable, if they should be modified, or if they are unacceptable. Hinting to your YouTube viewers that they might want to edit the article was not an action we suggested you take. Meters (talk) 01:09, 1 May 2020 (UTC)Reply
And the subject of the article is not you, it is Jilly Juice. The article, of course, does discuss you, and the WP:BLP rules apply to that content. Meters (talk) 01:28, 1 May 2020 (UTC)Reply
