The article covers topic with details, and it would be better to add some examples which make the whole article easy to understand. The author presented content by using headings,personal suggestion is to demonstrate the association between eHealth and PCEHR with more specific explanation. Make good use of fond, the author could make the article more attractive and interesting. Make good contribution to the development of Wiki page, but the intra-wiki links need to add in order to link with other wiki pages.The references for the article are used appropriately.

This aritcle about confidentiality in eHealth is well constructed and with proper arrangement.Enough external links to draw the whole picture about this topic. personal suggestion is to finalise the rest subheadings like definition of privacy, confidentiality and security. purpose of information security in Health care and issus of privacy in EHR and etc. There is no internal links to demonstrate the relationship with other topics like open EHR. There is a dead link to personally controlled Electronic Health Record.
