Shouldn't there be some disclaimer on this page so that people are not fooled by it?

User:Mahendratrivedi's only "contribution" to Wikipedia has been this page, used as a way to backdoor a perceived Wikipedia article onto the site. Another contributor to this entry is User:Trivedimasterwellness, a blocked account.
