I am assuming the article you created under Eckhéll was a brief biography of Magnus Eckhéll; as such I tidied up the text and moved it to Magnus Eckhéll --Blowdart 11:42, 14 February 2007 (UTC)
Thanks - Blowdart
editThanks.
I´m brand new at Wiki so i can need the help i can get. Why has this article become a Candidate for speedy deletion?
Thanks, Mag
- Because you created it twice. I moved the original one, as I said above; and you then duplicated it with a different name (and, err, rather bad content). So as the original exists, under a "correct" name, your second was marked for speedy deletion (by me). You'll note if you read the speedy deletion notice it tends to have the reason in it. --Blowdart 12:05, 14 February 2007 (UTC)
Thanks again - Blowdart
editI appreciate your help.
I´ll be less "trigger happy" the next time. :-)
I actually didn´t notice the article was registered – i thought nothing happened after i pushed the save page button. Thats why i tried to create it once again.
Many thanks, Mag
Welcome to Wikipedia. But...
edit...I've added the "{{prod}}" template to your user page (User:Mageck), suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. I've explained why in the deletion notice (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy).
Please note that the purpose of a user page is not as personal homepage or used as a general webhosting service, but as way for active editors of Wikipedia to introduce themselves to other editors. If you disagree with the notice, discuss the issues here or on my user talk page. You may remove the deletion notice, and the page will not be deleted for the moment, but note that it may still be sent to Miscellany for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached, or if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria.
If you wish to contribute directly to Wikipedia and your page has already been deleted, you can ask any admin to undelete and restore it: if necessary, leave me a message and I'll pass on your request. To begin editing, here are some pages that you might find helpful:
