• I was created by Dr.Wily in 20XX, and I have travelled back to the past; currently I am somewhere around 200 years old, being that I am a reploid, and don't age. Regarding the country I live in, I can't say, since I am constantly on the move, taking missions and fighting mavericks. If you're talking about the History of Doctor Who article, we're still discussing it on the project talk page, so best not to do it as yet. DaveJB has come up with a suggestion that looks promising, but no decision has been taken yet. Image Tagging Image:Ps3.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Ps3.jpg. I notice the image page currently doesn't specify who created the image, so the copyright status is therefore unclear. If you have not created the image yourself then you need to argue that we have the right to use the image on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the image yourself then you should also specify where you found it, i.e., in most cases link to the website where you got it, and the terms of use for content from that page.

If the image also doesn't have a copyright tag then you must also add one. If you created/took the picture then you can use {{GFDL}} to release it under the GFDL. If you can claim fair use use {{Non-free fair use in|article name}} or {{fairuse}}. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other images, please check that you have specified their source and copyright tagged them, too. You can find a list of image pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any unsourced and untagged images will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Hi Madcowpoo. I noticed you have been tagging your images as {{CopyrightedFreeUse}}. But that means that the copyright holder has agreed that the image can be used for any purpose. Since these are images of copyrighted things or objects, whoever owns the copyright for the thing, also owns the copyright for the photo. Now unless you have contacted them and they have explicitly said, "Yes, you can use this image for anything," you can NOT tag images like this. It has to be truthful.

I know you are keen to help out with Wikipedia and I think that's great! And I know it's hard to learn all the "rules" about Wikipedia when there seem to be so many. But I just want to say please slow down a bit. Until you get a hang of it a bit more. Say, for the next week, don't upload any more photos (unless you took them yourself, and they're not an object that someone else created), don't make any new pages. Just edit existing pages, and keep reading the policy pages like Wikipedia:Five pillars, and see how you go. What do you think? pfctdayelise 11:24, 3 January 2006 (UTC)

Please slow down

Please, Madcowpoo, no more WikiProjects. Read Wikipedia:WikiProject for the purpose of them, and how to create them. Just starting up a new page is a bad idea. It just means someone else is going to have to clean up after you. If you want to start a new WikiProject, gather around 5-10 people interested together, first.

But for now, please concentrate on editing existing articles. Please don't create new articles. Please read some of the links in Help:Contents, like the FAQ. Please start to read the Wikipedia:Policies and guidelines.

You don't have to do any of this - I have no authority. This is just my advice. Please, follow it.

Leave a note on my Talk page if you like.

Hello, Madcowpoo. I noticed you seem to be very eager to learn about wikipedia and ready to start big things. That's great, and I encourage you to continue that fine enthusiasim. Regarding some of your latetest questions, however, they're a bit out of what wikipedia is about and beginning a wikiproject is a paticularly time-consuming task; one you perhaps should take later when you're a bit more experienced. Finally, about your questions, may I ask you come to my talk page whenever you have a query that needs answering..? The Help desk is a little out of the way with some of the answers you desire. So please, drop by, and leave me a message, and I will try my best with your questions. As always, I am almost contantly on the computer, and I will try to reply as soon as possible. Learn by example

As you travel Wiki, working on articles that interest you, reviewing the history to see what other people have been doing, participating on the talk pages, browsing the FAQ and Help pages, if you see someone saying something that you think is particularly constructive, you might click on their user page, to see what theirs says, then if you like what they have done on their page, plagarize some ideas for your page. I see you share my enthusiasm for using userboxes to identify self interests. I will be studying the list of what you have to see if there are one or more I want to plagarize onto my home page.

Notice that I include a list of Wiki projects that I have signed up to help out with. All of these were created by other people, and I thought combination: they good idea; I can help; I not yet so overcommitted I can't help. Experience doing stuff means in the long run perhaps I will know what it takes to create one of my onw to address some topic area I think needs help at Wiki that I know enough about to help with, but needs a bunch of people to get the job done.

Different people on Wiki seem to have different views on what's a good idea, and I have seen some criticism of having a mass of them. That's why I restructured my page to mix them up, alternating text and pictures to avoid the assault on the senses that some people were complaining about. I really like the result. It looks good to me to. I am glad I did this. User:AlMac|^(talk)

I notice you have a George Bush user box which has been nominated for deletion from Wikipedia. User:Trekphiler has a George Bush user box which has not yet been so nominated, in which i thought the sentiments were real cute, where he accusing the President of editing the US Consitituion, and this user wants to revert those edits. Your user name also reminds me that I may want to contribute to the Mad cow article because here in the USA we also have a serious problem with Mad deer due to a careless experiment in how the disease is transmitted between species. The experimenters deliberately gave the disease to some deer in captivity, but learned only later that one way it is transmitted is via saliva. The captive deer licked leaves, and fences, which also got licked by wild deer just outside the fence, so now the wild deer also got it, spread it all over North America, where they lick stuff that animals on farms lick. Some of the deer get hunted by wilder animals like lions, bears, and guess what, now they too have this infection. You probably not have this exact same problem in Europe, but I know you got mad sheep scrapie, because originally the mad cow got the disease from a short sighted experiment in lowering the costs of farming, which turned out to be a very expensive experiment in the long run. Britain learned from this that they needed to separate government departments so those that inspect are not same as those that promote agriculture and other industries. I strongly suggest withdrawing as it doesn't look possible for your nomination to be successful at this time. It's been removed from RfA two times already, and you've replaced it without comment. There are better ways to contribute to the community than continuing your nomination, and if you'd like to gain experience and see the types of contributions that are expected of admins, you are welcome to nominate yourself again in the future when you meet the general expectations.
