Writing on your talk page

Hi, I know you're asking folks to not write on your talk page, and I understand. Its not fun to get warnings on your page. But the talk page is a place of communication, and its hardly all bad! Talk pages are where barnstars get awarded, where newsletters get sent to, and much more. So if you could remove your note about not posting, that would be appreciated.
